Fair Housing Continuing Education for NY Real Estate Professionals
In New York, real estate professionals must complete specific continuing education (CE) requirements related to fair housing in order to renew their licenses.
All licensees, salespersons, brokers and associate brokers, must complete at least 3 hours in Fair Housing and Discrimination as part of their 22.5 hour CE requirement every two years.
This requirement, mandated by the New York Department of State, is not optional; it is a core part of maintaining your license.
Lieb School includes Fair Housing instruction in every
22.5 hour CE package
and also offers stand alone Fair Housing CE courses developed in collaboration with attorneys at
Lieb at Law, P.C.
