Property Management 101: A Good Piece of Dirt
Property can be either profitable or financially devastating. Starting with a discussion of financial analysis, this course will walk agents through the process of isolating the correct property, selecting paying tenants and complying with local protocol, inclusive of By-Laws; Declarations of Condominium; and House Rules. Students will not only be taught real estate tax issues, loan types, and reserve requirements, but they will be inspired to think from the perspective of a business person who trusts his financial statements and legal advisors over his gut.
